View Glue by Deluxe Materials is a back-scene adhesive designed for adhering printed paper scenes to most backgrounds be it hardboard or straight to a plaster wall.
View glue will not soak through the paper or cause wrinkles and it allows the back-scenes to slide into position for alignment after they have been applied.
