Should you make an enquiry we may store this information in order to help you more quickly/fully with any future enquiries unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.


EMAIL NEWSLETTER

The email newsletter program operated by this website is used to provide subscribers with information about our products and/or services. You can subscribe to this service through an online form and is solely your choice to do so. Occasionally subscriptions may be offered verbally but again, consent must be obtained from the user.

The newsletter and its subscriptions are conducted in compliance with UK Spam Laws detailed in the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003. Any personal details or information associated with subscriptions are stored securely in accordance with the Data Protection Laws (GDPR and DPA 98). No personal information will be transferred or shared with any third parties; meaning people/vendors/companies with the exception of those contracted to operate this website. Any personal information held on you can be obtained by exercising your rights (see 'Your Rights' section)

Any email marketing campaigns created may contain the function to track some basic details within the marketing email. Subscriber activity is tracked and stored for evaluation and analysis at a later date. Tracked activity could include: opening or forwarding of emails, clicking on links embedded within the email, downloading any content linked to an email and the times, dates and frequency of activities already aforementioned. This information is used to refine future email marketing campaigns to ensure that the user has a better and more tailored service in any future correspondence.

Under the UK Spam Laws and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, subscribers can un-subscribe at any time through an automated system. The process of unsubscribing is detailed in the footer of each email produced within an email marketing campaign. We will never ask for personal or sensitive information via social media platforms and encourage users needing to discuss matters that require the sharing of sensitive information to contact us through primary communication channels such as by telephone or email.
